From a young age I have been involved in the gymnastics world learning how to coach and being involved as a competitive gymnast. I have formally been involved in USA Gymnastics since 1998 and have been a member of USAG since 2001.
I have trained exclusively with world renowned gyms such as Parkettes, where I was trained and sent for several educational courses to learn from the top gymnastics coaches and business owners in the world. I have received formal technical training across the United States including the former National Women’s training center for USA gymnastics in Texas. I’ve had the pleasure of working several times in the former National Training Center for technical education events, athlete workshops, and national athletic testing opportunities. Over the past decade I have worked at Girls Co-op National Training Center in Easton, PA.
I started working in the cheerleading industry in 2010 where I took athletes from very young ages in developmental levels to the highest level cheerleading has to offer. I have had the pleasure of working with cheerleading gyms such as World Cup All-Stars and Valley Elite All-Stars. The teams I have been involved with have had the success of competing at the cheerleading World Championships and the Summit where multiple teams received top 10 placements. I train my athletes from the bottom to elite levels using a plethora of research backed strengthening and injury prevention conditioning. I continue to gain extensive education from national technicians semi-annually so all of my athletes train with the most up to date form and technique ensuring success. My athletes have competed across the U.S. winning multiple State and National titles.

I first started my gymnastics career at the age of 6 years old where I quickly rose through the levels. I qualified at age 11 for USA gymnastics TOPs program where I was 1 of 25 athletes hand selected to train at the former National Women's Gymnastics Training Center in Texas.
At age 14, I began All-Star cheerleading at Valley Elite All-Stars where I competed levels 3-5. At this time I was also learning how to coach tumbling and strength training. At age 17, I solidified a spot on World Cup Shooting Stars. After two years on this team I retired my athletic All-Star cheerleading career with multiple national championship titles and a bronze and silver medal at the Cheerleading World Championships. I then went on to make the Penn State Cheerleading team as an all girl member and later graduating in 2018 with a degree in communications and liberal arts.
Former cheerleading and tumbling coach for Valley Elite All-Stars, I have had the pleasure of winning several national championship titles, having multiple teams place top 10 in the Summit and having our Senior level team place top 10 at the Cheerleading World Championships back to back years, from 2018-2019.
I now further my career being head of the Acro & Tumbling program at Power Athletics and floor tumbling coach specialist. I also help program direct Twisters Cheer Elite in Stockholm, Sweden and offer my expertise in conditioning and tumbling.
